The Challenge

MWV engaged Ironworks with specific goals to:
  • Select a new web content platform to replace a 10 year old Lotus Notes solution and identify a vendor that could grow to support multiple forms of content - digital assets, web content, and document management
  • Address planning for an enterprise offering that can support continual growth surrounding the adoption of the content management platform across the organization
  • Align implementation of content management solution with rebranding efforts for corporate web property
  • Provide a media and feature rich web property reflective of the organization's new brand and marketing objectives.

 

The Solution

  • Facilitated objective content management selection based on the needs of various constituents across MWV leveraging Ironworks standard selection templates, processes and subject matter expertise
  • Provided platform planning recommendations to support MWV implementing governance, change managements, and support models for an enterprise content management offering across the organization
  • Implemented Oracle Universal Content Management platform in support of rebranded corporate web property, multi-lingual properties, and a corporate brand center
  • Redesigned and rebranded the US, China, and Brazil web properties in approximately four months
